1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Big Easy Mobile Detail ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a mobile auto detailing business operating in New Orleans, Louisiana and surrounding areas. By booking a service, using our website at bigeasymobiledetail.com, or otherwise engaging with our business, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or book our services.

2. Services Overview

Big Easy Mobile Detail provides mobile auto detailing services including, but not limited to:

• Exterior Detailing — hand wash, clay bar treatment, polish, wax, and sealant application
• Interior Detailing — vacuuming, steam cleaning, leather conditioning, and odor removal
• Paint Correction — swirl mark and scratch removal via machine compounding and polishing
• Ceramic Coating — professional-grade ceramic protection application
• Headlight Restoration — oxidation removal and UV sealant application

All services are performed at the customer's location within our service area. We bring all necessary water, power, and supplies. Service descriptions on our website are general overviews; specific procedures may vary based on vehicle condition and type.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled by phone at (504) 399-1448, through our website contact form, or via our online booking system. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3.2 Service Location Requirements

You must provide a suitable location for service, including:

• A flat, paved surface with adequate space around the vehicle
• Reasonable shade when possible (improves product performance in New Orleans heat)
• Legal authorization to occupy the parking space for the duration of service

We do not require access to your water or electricity. Our mobile units are fully self-contained.

3.3 Vehicle Access

The vehicle must be accessible and available at the scheduled time. If interior detailing is booked, please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and loose items before the appointment. Big Easy Mobile Detail is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Estimates

All estimates provided by Big Easy Mobile Detail are based on the information available at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary if the vehicle's condition differs significantly from what was described during booking. We will communicate any price adjustments before beginning work.

4.2 Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and digital payment methods. For ceramic coating and large-scope projects, a deposit may be required at booking.

4.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect services already booked and confirmed at a prior rate.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Customer Cancellations

We understand that plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service price.

5.2 No-Shows

If our technician arrives at the scheduled location and the vehicle is not available or accessible, and no prior communication was made, the full service fee may be charged.

5.3 Weather-Related Cancellations

Given New Orleans' unpredictable weather, we may need to reschedule appointments due to rain, thunderstorms, or other severe weather conditions. Weather-related cancellations by Big Easy Mobile Detail will be rescheduled at no additional charge. We will notify you as early as possible if weather affects your appointment.

6. Service Disclaimer and Limitations

6.1 Results

While we strive for the highest quality results on every vehicle, auto detailing has inherent limitations. We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, oxidation, or other damage. Results depend on the age, condition, and history of the vehicle's surfaces. Our team will communicate realistic expectations before beginning work.

6.2 Pre-Existing Damage

Big Easy Mobile Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage including, but not limited to, cracked windshields, loose trim, faded paint, clear coat failure, or prior body damage. Our technicians will note any visible pre-existing damage before beginning service.

6.3 Ceramic Coating Specific Terms

Ceramic coating performance and longevity depend on proper maintenance by the vehicle owner. Failure to follow our care instructions may void any coating warranty or satisfaction guarantee. Ceramic coatings protect against environmental contaminants but do not make a vehicle scratch-proof or damage-proof.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Louisiana law, Big Easy Mobile Detail's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7.2 Vehicle Contents

We are not responsible for any personal property, cash, electronics, or valuables left in the vehicle during service. Please remove all personal belongings before your appointment.

7.3 Parking and Location

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the service location is legally authorized for vehicle detailing. Any parking tickets, towing fees, or fines incurred during service at a customer-designated location are the customer's responsibility.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include a complimentary re-service of the affected area. This guarantee does not cover dissatisfaction with limitations that were communicated prior to service (such as stains or damage that cannot be fully removed).

9.1 Intellectual Property

14. Severability
